What brings you to coaching?

Each new coaching relationship begins with a 30 minute Complimentary Session designed to help us get to know each other a bit, discuss what has brought you to coaching, and answer any questions you may have about the coaching process. Following this session, you will determine how we will work together going forward, and which coaching package works best for you.

Discovery

Following our Complimentary Session, you’ll be asked to complete a brief Life Satisfaction Survey. Even if you come to coaching with specific goals, this survey will allow us to look at what your level of satisfaction is in different areas of your life. We will use this as a starting point from which to begin your journey in a 60-90 minute Discovery Session.

Stepping Stones Coaching

Using your specific goals and the results of your Satisfaction Survey, we will begin taking steps in your coaching journey, during 45 minute Coaching Sessions. You will begin this transformative process of self-discovery, achieving greater clarity and self-awareness, understanding blocks and motivations. You will begin taking measurable steps towards accomplishing your goals, living the life you want and were meant to live.
